The steps to change the battery of a Xiaomi Mi3?

- Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws used to hold the back shell of the phone.

- Remove the 11 Phillips screws that hold the back shell to the rest of the phone.

- Reuse your spatula to disconnect the battery pack from the card.
- Pull on the plastic tab to peel the battery out of the chassis.
