1. Restart the Android device

Press and hold the power button until the screen has turned black;
About a minute later, press and hold the power button again to turn on the device.

2. Remove the Memory card & SIM card

Turn off your device (press and hold the power button if the screen does not respond completely);

3. Put the device in Safe Mode
